Overwhelm and Anxiety can put you in a place of Stuckness, and Perfectionism can keep you trapped there because you worry about making your next choice the "right" choice. Unfortunately, there is rarely (if ever) such a thing as "Getting it Right." This is a message we've gotten over and over throughout our lives thanks to black and white thinking: decisions are either good or bad, right or wrong, without any consideration for the infinite shades of choices in between.
Maybe what brought you here today was your own stuckness.
Maybe what brought you here today was a sense of wondering if your next move awaits you on the other side of overwhelm.
Maybe you're feeling disconnected from why you've made the choices that you already have or are worried about what's to come.
I resonate so much with these stories because I have been this story, too. Anxiety, Overwhelm, Stuckness and Perfectionism were the Four Horsemen of my Personal Apocalypse that left me burned out and utterly lost. It wasn't until I made bold choices despite fear and worry (including the choice to become a therapist!) that my life found movement again. I want to help you discover the same possibilities for yourself.
You can read more about my experience, training and credentials at the bottom of this page.
As a therapist, my mission is to create a collaborative environment for you to tear down your own barriers and excavate what it is that you really want for your life; to draw out your hopes and dreams through meaningful conversation, and encourage their translation into action.
I am so excited for what awaits you on the other side of being stuck. Let me help you get there.

The Nuts and Bolts about Me:
Connecting with people and creating stories has always been at the core of what I care about as a human. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years working in theater and television industries as an actor, singer and dancer (I still break out the tap shoes and will always love to sing!).
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT #96754 in the state of California. I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University and my Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Pepperdine University. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and obtained specialized training from the Los Angeles LGBT Center in working with clients across the SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression) spectrum. My clinical experience spans non-profit, intensive outpatient, community and school-based settings in addition to my work in private practice.
